The narrator Phil Gigante is absolutely a riot with his completely different dialects and accents. One can only visualize the expressions upon his face while reading..Bravo!
Really cool twist with the time travel and spacetime theory woven into the story line..Great reading.
"...for us physicists believe the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one."
This book was well written and had the ability to keep my interest peaked and even if the steamy chapters weren't written in the story line the story was interesting and had me captivated. If I don't have to work hard at imagining being the people described in the story , I'm all over it. This was that well written. I just wish she would write a 48 hour novel...(over 100 chapters) lolK
After the first 4 books in the series read by Davina Porter. It's hard to listen to the voice and dialect
of Geraldine James in the fiery cross and Ashes in the Snow. I adore the series Diana Gabaldon wrote and probably would have enjoyed the 5th book and 6th book more if Davina Porter had read it or I had bought the paper backs. I don't want to knock Geraldine James even though there are places where she sounds like she is just reading...I just feel Davina is much more of the voices of Clair and Jamie and is more of an actor in the reading and therefore more enjoyable to me particularly.
