An intricate story
The secret of the family and all the little twists and turns...very well done.
When Daria learns the truth of the family.
Parts I felt so sorry for Daira, it was as if she had been played here whole life, but her family was just protecting her. Other parts were wonderful with her and Jamie the Laird.
I'm not really a historical romance reader/listener, but I did find the overall story to be quite interesting with the little subtle twists and the way Daira handled herself throughout the story...this is one pretty determined debutante and a good survivor. Thumbs up and thinking I may go back and look at some of the other books in this series.
Yes, once again KC has captured RL news and put it in her wonderful stories
Macrieve of course and really liked his twin...who is the voice of reason.
RP does such a great job with Kresley's books, its very difficult to say which is a favorite.
This is a roller coaster ride, you may find yourself crying on one chapter and laughing on the next.
Uilleam MacRieve aka Will believed he’d laid to rest the ghosts of his boyhood, and then he is captured by the Order, and all his ghosts come back. Chloe is going thru changes of her own, and captured by the Lore and put on the auction block. As the daughter of the leader of the Order she is much hated...but as you may have guessed she is Will's mate. He must come to terms with her turning and what she is turning into, and bury his own past to move forward. Chloe has to come to terms with the fact that she is becoming something that her father hates and studies and become what she is meant to be for her and Will.
Ohhh yes, Maggie and her political incorrectness and Nick the outsider aka Monkey Man who can be so naive about Maggie.
Any of the "Naked Werewolf" series by Molly are so funny and cute, and yet still have the nice "who dunnit" endings along with the bad man getting his due.
Loved the scene when Nick was sitting on an outcropping of rock overlooking the valley and Maggie approaches in her wolf form. Nick thinks that Mo (main character from book 1 another must read, but not manditory) is the werewolf and calls Maggie...Mo. Maggie in turn huffs at him, and promptly bites him on the rearend...then there's references of inflatable donuts and so on...makes for some fun listening.
This is just a wonderful listen, although there are some serious issues here and there and they aren't taken lightly...(caring for the elderly who have memory issues) but they are warm and caring pack who take care of one another. Just a funny and entertaining read.
Molly and Amanda are a dynamo...you can't beat these two teamed up on a storytelling adventure. Love the story line, and the twists and turns that Molly has in her books.
How to Run with a naked werewolf another great with Molly and Amanda, and also the Lynsay Sands series (although not quite as funny as Molly but still a good read/listen)
Amanda has a wonderful strong voice, and does a wonderful job with different character voices. I've become quite the fan, and have started looking at other books she narrates.
Dating the average guy is easy you should try flirting with a werewolf!
I absolutely can't wait for Molly's next book in this series, and I hope that Amanda will be right there with her wonderful voice.
Just a great modern romance with all the little twists and turns and some of the history in the book
Well of course the ending, but the story was so nicely done, and flowed so well. I don't really consider myself a happily ever after modern romance reader, but the simplicity of the story had me hooked. Such a cute read/listen!
She is wonderful, love the outtakes at the end...just shows listeners that alot of time and practice and patients goes into getting it right.
When he forgot his own words to her, and she walked away never to return. Couldn't believe it!
Yes, maybe a possible humankind to come...but it's looking like Sasha will change that for the Psy...because she is flawed and has emotions. Then Lucas enters the picture and our changeling is a powerful leader to his people and for some reason is drawn to Sasha.
I liked both Lucas and Sasha...the undeniable draw to each other.
I have not listened to her, but will definately be looking for more, she was very good and easy to follow in the story.
Psy and changeling collide.
You can run....
Anna goes in search of Caleb and ends up being right in the middle of his business...the scene was so funny.
Toward the end when Anna's soon to be ex-husband shows up (i don't want to be a spoiler)
I would name it the same as the book...very attention grabbing and lets the viewer know it's fun and has a "bite" pun intended ;)
I am waiting for the next one of these to come out...Molly has hit pay dirt as far as I'm concerned...I laugh out loud, and for some reason can see myself in some of these situation, and I love to use the lines in her books..."evil pixie" is going to stick with me for quite sometime.
Absolutely love how involved the story was, and Kate getting the much deserved 2nd chance. So many twists and turns couldn't stop listening/reading.
When Sara gets what she deserves!!! I even disliked the child.
Kate was my favorite
I was all over the place with this one...angry, felt sorry, apathy for Peg and Don, cried for Kate...and angry at what had happened to a nice normal loving couple.
Haven't read the print version hmmm is there a differnce? This was an unabridged audio.
Shades of grey and The Job
Haven't listened to her performance on any other book, but thought she did it justice.
Lol PG 18 one of Kresleys hottest
A homerun. Looking forward to the next one.
I could see the the samethings happening to myself as our heroine, so light and enjoyable to slightly more involved as story progressed.
The accidents that brought them together.
I have not listened to other performance but she was good and did well with characters.
Accidents happen and this is a sweet accident.
My first Janet E book I will be looking for more, hoping to find more from her like this......soo cute.
Up, down, and back again
So many twists and turns, you really couldn't tell "who dunnit" till it was almost over.
Fran did an outstanding job with the characters, good story telling.
I thought about Vincent and the things that were happening to him and how everything was winding up...just made me cringe
Could stop listening.
