One of the greatest works in literature, Dante's story-poem is an allegory that represents mankind as it exposes itself, by its merits or demerits, to the rewards or the punishments of justice. A single listen will reveal Dante's visual imagination and uncanny power to make the spiritual visible.

    whynot? says: "Almost Divine"
"All sorts of imagination and theory."

I love this book. The audio book was amazing and gave nice little notes before each section, giving the reader a little foot in the door to understand what is going to happen, and a larger summary at the begining of each book. As a 17 year old Dante Enthusiast, I find this particular one very good for any newcomer to Dante, and should defintaly look into this one.
    10/10 Would Read again.
