Something sinister is brewing. A chilling video has already cast its ominous spell over the White House situation room. Now scientists connected to the top-secret Sword of Allah project are dropping dead. Seeking to unravel the enigma, U.S. anti-terrorist agent Scot Harvath reaches England just in time to rescue British paleopathologist Jillian Alcott from al-Qaeda's top assassin. This expert soon confirms Scott's worst fears and triggers an adrenaline-fueled rush for survival.

    Story
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Perhaps the protagonist could resolve some problems on his own. With every issue he encountered he simply called a friend who made the problem go away.

What was most disappointing about Brad Thor’s story?

Characters events were not believable. Little dialog most of the story was told by the narrator.

Have you listened to any of George Guidall’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Guidall is great. I often look for books that he is reading. I was not familiar with Brad Thor and purchased the book because I like George Guidall. Guidall is great but he didn't have much to work with.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Great disappointment
