Too much personal bias and unnecessary content. Would have been more credible with less personal stuff, almost seemed like he was trying to justify the code, instead of just letting the code speak for itself. If your idea is really good, you don't have to work so hard to sell it to others.
Almost everything except the appendix. The main content of this book could have been conveyed more ethically in 30 minutes.

Yes. She covers a lot of ground, I finished it today and immediately restarted. It's the kind of book where I feel like I don't want to miss anything. It must have really made an impact, because I dreamt I was on an airplane with Theresa after finishing it.
Well, as a fan of the show, and having been lucky enough to see her live... I have a soft spot for all of them, but the book is about Theresa's gift more than anyone in the family... but who doesn't love Larry? I also loved the Afterword from Kristina Grish, the ghostwriter.

Loved it. See her live if you can, even the skeptics walked away amazed by her abilities.
