Jennifer yes. Anne no
The over-pronunciation and over-acting of every word ruined a story that could have been entertaining.
Listen to the previews of a narrator I have not yet heard
No. I'd recommend reading it instead
There are too many, too long pauses. It is frustrating. If I speed up the narration the pauses are manageable but the speech is not right. She speaks in spurts and although I love the Rough Riders and the McKays, I don't know if I can stand to listen to any more.
Edita Brychta takes a great story and makes it extraordinary. Her narration is flawless.
I did read the book, and I loved it, her voice and inflections bring it to life.
It was very erotic and arousing.
Yes. If there was a change in the female narrator.
The female narrator sounded like a teenager, not a 24 year old. Made the secrets even dirtier but not in a good way. Mr Davis was great, sexy-sounding and easy to listen to.
I'm sure Allen Steele is a great narrator for some books. He was the wrong choice for this book. His voice was to have reflected a character of 28-32? Every time he spoke the character was no longer a hot young rock star, he was a grizzled 40-50 year old. Very distracting. Just let Aletha George do the whole thing.
This requires a British accent, not only for conversations but for thoughts and descriptions. The American accent distracts from the story.
I would SO recommend this to others
She seems to enjoy reading the book with humor in her voice.
I enjoyed the story and the continuation from book 1. Can't wait for Book 3.
MM doesn't overact, doesn't read like a robot. She is a comfortable reader.
