They're both awesome but I have a long commute from work so the audio book works better for me. Plus, Tavia Gilbert is a great narrator.
I can't say too much because I don't want to spoil it for other readers/listeners. The most intense moment was Cat and Bones on the pier.
Love them all but Cat is my favorite.
Yes. I would have to if I didn't have to work:)
These books are worth the credit or the money you will spend. Start with book 1 and work you're way through. You won't be disappointed.
I enjoyed this story. There were many interesting characters with a lot of potential for future interesting stories. Cassie is young but she isn't stupid like some heroines in other books I've listened to.
I liked Evan the best other than Cassie.
The narrator's voice was much too deep and mature for a young lady. Her acting ability was poor at times and I found this distracting.
No extreme reactions to the book.
I would purchase the second book in the series as long as there was a different narrator. I would not purchase it if they used the same person.
I had to force myself to finish this book because it became so boring. How many times do I have to listen about Merit and Ethan sparing? The story became too repetitive for me and I got bored. I like the interactions between Merit and her friend but there wasn't enough of their fun banter. Too much time was spent describing details that didn't bring anything to the story line. The more I listened, the weaker the plot became, the more predictable.
Build better plots and quit spending so much time describing what everyone is wearing. I'm more interested in the personalities of the characters, what makes them tick and how Merit deals with them.
No. I might rent it.
I won't be purchasing anymore of this series.
