Why we think it’s a great listen: It’s easy to say that when it comes to sci-fi you either love it or you hate it. But with Ender’s Game, it seems to be you either love it or you love it.... The war with the Buggers has been raging for a hundred years, and the quest for the perfect general has been underway for almost as long. Enter Andrew "Ender" Wiggin, the result of decades of genetic experimentation.

Kapila says: "6 titles in the series so far"
    "What a delight!"
    Overall

I can't remember when I've enjoyed a science fiction book more. The writing is great, but it's the ideas behind the writing that will keep you up at night. My only warning to readers is that you might not want to stop listening.

Witty Wodehousess best-loved creation is the master-servant team of Bertie Wooster, the charming nitwit, and Jeeves, his effortlessly superior valet and protector. Newsweek says "they are at their best in The Code of the Woosters." Newsweek says "they are at their best in The Code of the Woosters."

    Philip says: "Best Wodehouse narrator"
    "Listening Candy"

This book is a great book to listen to if you want to snap yourself out of any bad mood. Twenty minutes of laughing at Wooster and Jeeves would do anyone a bit of good.

Amelia Peabody embarks on her first Egyptian adventure armed with unshakable self-confidence, a journal for her thoughts, and, of course, a sturdy umbrella. On her way, she rescues Evelyn Barton-Forbes, who has been "ruined" and abandoned on the streets of Rome by her lover. With a typical disregard for convention, Amelia promptly hires her fellow countrywoman as a companion and takes her to Cairo, where strange visitations and a botched kidnapping convince Amelia that there is a plot afoot to harm Evelyn.

    Todd says: "Outstanding!"
    "Wonderful"
    Overall

Amelia Peabody and her group of chacters are worth the time invested in an audiobook. Listening to this kind of book for this genre is a great way to prolong the pleasure.
