Impossible to follow even with a chemistry background, in part do to the read. It is clear he does not know what he is talking about either.

With more than 500 audio books it would be difficult to answer that question. However of the several Buddhist and self-help books, this on is in the top 1/3. I have already re-listened to this one three times. It's short yet not without power.

Love John Corey, did not love this book.
