Would you consider the audio edition of The Way of the SEAL to be better than the print version?

The audio edition is easy to listen and the narrator is doing a great job, but it is hard if you actually want to do the exercises. The pdf that comes along is just not very complete, so in the end one has to constantly bookmark the important sections or re-listen to it.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

There are several great concepts described in the book that make it very valuable. For example the concept of "Embrace the suck!" You just don't get the same personal growth by going always the easy way. You have to challenge yourself and that is going to be hard, but ultimately very rewarding.

What disappointed you about How to Succeed in Business Without Really Crying?

maybe it's just me, but I didn't think it was funny, nor did it give any valuable advise that is not pure common sense anyways (ok I won't be late for an interview, and I will shower before) Jokes were so lame and predictable.

What could Carol Leifer have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

    narration is ok
