    Overall

Please be warned. This book, while titled in english, is a SWEDISH download. Somethat Audible didn't make clear in its listing. Wasted by points on this.

Lori says: "usually a surprise, always interesting"
"Fresh Air is a must listen!"
    Overall

Fresh Air is the very best out there. Terry Gross interviews authors, newsmakers, politicans, artists, and musicians in this delightful scan of the cultural landscape. Listening to her interviews keeps me current on critical political issues, helps find the books that are worth reading and music that is interesting. Her questions are insightful and her background knowledge is amazing. This is no show where the interviewer reads only the first chapter in the book! I find repeatedly that even if its music, a magazine article or a book that I'm already familiar with, listening to the author gives me a wider context and understanding of the work and the author's passion. Terry lets her interviewee talk rather than endlessly interrupt to argue. Yeah, its free on NPR, but I'm never around when its on the air. This is one subscription that I never want to be without.
