There was nothing revealed in the book that could not have been found by searching the internet for 10 quick tips to market yourself.
10 years ago I purchased Harry's memory training techniques program with little results and I thought I would try it again. The information in this book is exactly what he taught 10 years ago. Although some people may find this helpful, for me it was not. You may get a few nuggets of useful information out of it, but don't expect to improve your memory.
The fact that this book, which is decades old, and is still selling strong, should tell you how good it is. The book is full of examples from some famous, and not so famous people which should inspire you to do exactly as the title says, "How to stop worrying and start living".
I can summarize the book, which is 10 chapters and over 10 hours long, in a simple sentence. It is not what you know, it's who you know, so you better get out there and meet a lot of people. There are no secrets, as the title suggests, in this book. He is just taking an age old concept and repackaging it. A better audio book would be "How to Win friends and influence people".
Here's the whole book in a few words.
"Give out lots of cards and be creative about it."
