The stories were good, and having Tina Fey read them herself made them so personal. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars for me was because of the constant strains of feminism throughout. I understand that the basis of the book is her being the boss, and as a woman, it's not very common, so this was bound to happen. And maybe she's right, some things happened 'to' her because of her sex rather than it just being that she wasn't the funniest person in the room. However, for me, it was mentioned enough that I didn't love the book.
