I would recommend this book to anyone who has been following the story of Anita Blake. I enjoyed this book because unlike the last 5 or so I've read in the series the author got back to writing a good story rather then just writing a book filled with supernatural sex. Its a quick, entertaining read.
Anita Blake of course!
No, I like spreading out my listening sessions.
I just loved the premise of the story and following the main character through his path in life.
The story offers a new and fresh take on science fiction/fantasy novels. The book keeps you wanting to read more to find out what is going to happen and who the chandrian are.
The Wise Man's Fear, along with The Name of the Wind, rank high in my favorites among the audiobooks I have read.
I love the fantasy and intrigue of this story. This story is not like any I've ever read. Its nice to jump into a new fantasy world that hasn't been done before.
I do think the audio version is better then the printed version because the author himself narrates the book. I think this gives us a better insight into how the author visualized each character.
Lettie was my favorite character in the book because she was brave, creative, and insightful.
