Yes, There is valuable information in this book.
I enjoyed the whole story. I especially like the end of the book where he goes into detail about a vegetarian lifestyle.
It was nice hearing Mr. Roll tell his own story.

I really enjoyed this book. This book has shown me that my lifestyle change from couch potato to active vegetarian was a great choice. This book has helped me with some nutrition knowledge for my change, and has an amazing story to go along with it. I think I will be ordering The "Jai Seed cook book" next. Thanks Mr. Roll for this wonderful book I wish you luck with future competitions.
