Delta Force—the US Army’s most elite top-secret strike force. They dominate the modern battlefield, but you won’t hear about their heroics on CNN. No headlines can reveal their top-secret missions, and no book has ever taken readers inside—until now. Here, a founding member of Delta Force takes us behind the veil of secrecy and into the action to reveal the never-before-told story of First Special Forces Operational Detachment-D (Delta Force).

Would you consider the audio edition of Inside Delta Force to be better than the print version?

    I didn't read the print.

What about Robertson Dean’s performance did you like?

    A good narrator

If you could give Inside Delta Force a new subtitle, what would it be?

    Details of Delta Force!

    Any additional comments?

I guess because I am a woman, I found it overwhelming. It left me behind on so much details. I observed that many of the comments were men who fell right in with it and many who were in the military understood every word of it. Sorry, I wish I could have given it five stars.

The President of the United States can’t decide how to respond to a classified video showing the Taliban’s brutal treatment of their captive - a female helicopter pilot of the Army’s elite Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Afraid that a botched rescue will further destabilize foreign policy and end his presidency, the Commander-in-Chief falters. But when the Special Ops community learns that one of their own is being tortured and will almost certainly be killed, no executive order will stop them from attempting a rescue mission.

What did you love best about Sniper Elite: One Way Trip?

The military quote, " No One Left Behind." is profound in this book! This book is truly inspired by true events. We are just not aware of the hazards of our Special Ops teams, who usually arrive in some chaotic place to defeat the enemy and rescue a captured
    comrade!

Gil Shannon was my favorite character in this breath taking novel. I imagined what he went through was reality.

Which character – as performed by Brian Hutchison – was your favorite?

Brian Hutchison made every character clear and succinct He was right on. I wish I could have given him 6 stars, he was that incredible!

In the best-selling tradition of American Sniper and Shooter, Irving shares the true story of his extraordinary career, including his deployment to Afghanistan in the summer of 2009, when he set another record, this time for enemy kills on a single deployment. His teammates and chain of command labeled him "The Reaper," and his actions on the battlefield became the stuff of legend, culminating in an extraordinary face-off against an enemy sniper known simply as The Chechnian.

What was one of the most memorable moments of His Prairie Duchess?

    The whole book was excellent.

What does Michael Rahhal bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Michael Rahhal has a wonderful talent for changing the voices of each character. One minute he is an Englishman, then a Scotchman, a Frenchman, an old geezer, old woman, young women and an assortment of other voices.which are all equally excellent.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The voices of the characters made me laugh as I could easily feel I was really present.

This book kept me glued to it being the best in the whole series.

Newly released from prison, the last thing Colin Cooke expected to see in Clear Creek was an angel. But there she was, just getting off the stage, and was of course everything an angel ought to be. Beautiful, of exquisite form, and with honey gold curls that bounced when she walked. Unfortunately, she walked straight into the arms of Mrs. Irene Dunnigan! The one person everyone avoided as best they could. At least until they needed something from the mercantile, then they had no choice.

From 1999 to 2009, U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle recorded the most career sniper kills in United States military history. The Pentagon has officially confirmed more than 150 of Kyles kills (the previous American record was 109), but it has declined to verify the astonishing total number for this book. Iraqi insurgents feared Kyle so much they named him al-Shaitan ("the devil") and placed a bounty on his head.

Has The Promise Box turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, I always listen to this genre and thorougly enjoy them.

Would you be willing to try another one of Kathy Garver’s performances?

Never! She is the worse narrator I have ever listened to .She has no talent for changing the voices of the characters.. Gideon, the main male character, sounded like he had either throat cancer or laryngitis.

    Any additional comments?

This story was boring with no excitement. It seemed like the whole story was preaching, preaching, preaching. I do like Christian novels but this just went too far ! I will certainly return it. Don't waste your time!!!
