In the lawlessness of space, women are a sexual commodity - to be used and abused. Jill discovers a massive, handsome cyborg chained to a freight table. The abusive crew plans to sell him to fight in gruesome death matches. It’s stupid, it’s insane, but Jill can’t leave him to such a horrible fate. Coal has survived being a captive breeding slave and irreversible damage to his cyborg implants, but his honor is still intact. He’s grateful Jill saved him and he’ll repay her the only way he can.

Stealing Coal was an enjoyable listen. Like the other Cyborg stories this one was hot and lusty but was really more about two people finding love after being abused by those that should've been loving to them. It was more endearing and tender than some of the other stories because Coal didn't have the inner technology to control his emotions like his Cyborg buddies, so it was nice that he just felt and let it all hang out there. Coal's story is somewhat tame until about the last three hours where things really rev up considerably--that's not to say that the other 4 or so hours were lacking, but, they weren't as 'charged' as some of the preceding books have been right from the start. All that said, this series is still a winner for me and I'll continue to purchase however many books remain. It's priced reasonably, so I don't recommend using a credit.

Crave was SO GOOD! I love every character in this series so far, even Davina with her crazy evil self! I thought nothing would compare to the BDB, but, the Fallen Angels series is in a league of phenomenal all on its own. Moral lines are seriously blurred in Crave, when sexy bad boy Isaac and the good lawyer Greer cross paths. Another epic battle between good and evil ensues, and even more interesting things are revealed about this cast of angels and demons, that makes you CRAVE more!

I found myself rewinding 30 seconds a few times throughout this story, because I literally didn't want to miss one thing--it's that good. Get it, don't even think twice, it's a credit well spent.

For most of my life, I never imagined I’d get married. But Kate did the impossible: she changed me. I think we can all agree I was pretty frigging awesome before, but now I’m even better. The road to this day wasn’t all rainbows and boners. There were mistakes and misunderstandings worthy of a Greek tragedy. But Kate and I made it through with our inexhaustible lust, boundless admiration, and everlasting love for one another intact.

This book will make you laugh out loud! I loved it. The world according to Drew Evans is a world that promises non-stop laughter, "eye rolling" arrogant comments, and definitely moments of real tenderness as he and Kate continue their love story into parenthood and marriage. If this is the final chapter for Drew and Kate, it's a great ending to this series, and I highly recommend it for romantic comedy lovers.

When a phone call brings news that she’s inherited a beautiful old home in Mendocino, California from a long-forgotten aunt, she moves her entire life across the country to embark on what she sees as a great, romance-novel-worthy adventure. But romance novels always have a twist, don’t they? There’s a cowboy, one that ignites her loins. Because Cowboy Hank is totally loin-ignition worthy. But there’s also a librarian, Clark Barrow. And he calls her Vivian. Can tweed jackets and elbow patches compete with chaps and spurs?

This spinoff from Wallbanger was hilarious! Viv, the cowboy, and the sexy librarian totally had me cracking up chapter after chapter. If you like to root for the underdog, this is the quirky romance novel for you! It's totally different than Wallbanger, but, very much the same in that you will fall head over heels for Alice Clayton books. It's more or less a stand alone book even though it's advertised as book 3 in a series. I highly recommend this one as a credit worthy purchase.

Nicole James knew it was not better to have love and lost. She never expected that love to swagger back into her life. Sure, she pined after Griffin Chase all through childhood, but that was a lifetime ago. Now she sells romantic dreams in a small lingerie shop, and he lives big dreams as a world-famous rockstar. What could he possibly want from her? Grif's only passion had always been music, but the thrill is gone.

If you're in the mood for sweet romance, Kate Perry has that genre on lock down! I've enjoyed this series so far, and surprisingly each story has been relatively unique. The Laurel Heights series is a great 'weekender' series; they are short one listen stories and will just whisk you away for a time. I absolutely melt for a love story that actually began years prior based on a solid friendship--this is that love story. Highly recommended for the true romantics out there!

For centuries, Lisette d'Alençon has been a warrior against the dark. She fights alongside her brothers and comrades. But when the dreams start coming, she can't bear to confess them to the Immortal Guardians' command. She dreams of a dark-haired man with soft eyes and brutal wounds, a man her heart aches for-and a man she knows has been declared a traitor. Zach is an exile, a loner. He won't defend himself against false accusations or grovel to those who should have faith in him.

I loved every minute of this book. I've been anticipating a story about Zach since book 2! His love interest Lisette was great, but I found myself so intrigued by Zach and Seth specifically, so I knew this book would be one of the more interesting one's that answered many of the questions that have been looming since the earlier books. This story had all the elements I enjoy--suspense, drama, humor, and hotty-licious romance. As always, the narration was dynamic and brought all the characters to life. I emphatically recommend all Dianne Duvall's books, but this one in particular was noteworthy in the series and is definitely credit worthy.

Indy Savage is a former wild child (okay, maybe not so "former") and current used-bookstore owner. Lee Nightingale is a former bad boy and now runs a private investigation service. Toss together a quiet barista with a not-so-lawful side-business, a crazy Vietnam Vet, a pothead, a drag queen, family and friends who will not mind their own business, a few stun guns, and a bag of diamonds, and mix them all up with some shootings, a high-speed chase and car bombs exploding, then hang on for your first wild Rock Chick ride.

This was a fun book; it had all the characteristics I've come to know and love about Kristen Ashley books--humor, a little danger, and a whole heap of sexy alpha males to go around. [Dream Man series--check it out!] Rock Chick delves into the life of another character introduced in the DM series; Indy and Lee were childhood mates, and for me, that made their eventual romance one of the sweetest. All the mystery and intrigue that made Lee such a badboy was the perfect balance to Indy's carefree "all out there, take life by the you know what, and LIVE!" attitude.

There were a ton of characters in this story so I can see how there are several spin-offs. I would recommend this for a credit or outright purchase. My one concern is regarding the next installment. There's a snippet of the next book at the end and I was almost asleep after listening--BIG SNORE--I hope that was just a fluke because I really enjoyed this first one and highly recommend it!

What does Drew Evans have to say next? Find out in this short story, filled with his sexy charm, unique advice, and hilarious one-liners. Marriage: The final frontier. Steven went first. He was kind of our test subject. Like those monkeys that NASA sent off into space in the '50s, all the while knowing they’d never make it back. And now another poor rocket is ready to launch. All he wants is one night to worship her. No feelings, no commitment, nothing but pleasure. Every defense mechanism Livy has adopted during her solitary life is at risk of being obliterated by this confounding man. He's obnoxious but well-mannered. He's a gentleman but aloof. He's passionate but emotionless. Yet the fascination is so powerful, Livy can't deny him - or herself. M awakens something in Livy, something deep and addictive that she never knew existed - and that she fears only he can satisfy.

I didn't bother to read the description of this book before pre-ordering with my credit. Didn't feel it was necessary because future books by Jodi Ellen Malpas became an instant purchase after THIS MAN. I know that series wasn't for everyone but, I couldn't get enough of "Central Jesse Cloud Nine"! Of course I compared ONE NIGHT to THIS MAN, and initially I thought, hmmm ok, good effort but not as intense and raucous, which ultimately was perfect--One Night was like a slow burn and I loved it.

As much as I enjoyed this book, I wasn't sure where the story was going for the longest, I didn't understand Miller's fascination with Olivia, and for a minute, my favorite character was octogenarian Nan! It was just at the point when these two finally got together for the one night, that all Miller's cards started to show and it just got better and better.

Don't be deterred by the similarities to THIS MAN; its different enough to put it in it's own class of sexiness that I highly recommend if you're into 'dark romance' as I like to coin it.

This much anticipated book in the IAD series was nothing less than perfect! This isn't a spoiler, but there's a line in the book referencing an "EPIC STORY" and I agree 100%. I thoroughly enjoy how characters from previous stories have little cameos, and you get a sneak peak into how their lives have evolved. I LOVED Thronos and Lanthe, they had the kind of love that was truly everlasting, with all the ups and downs that come with it. Dark Skye gives you action, romance, humor and more, and left me with a huge grin from ear to ear; I'm eagerly awaiting what happens next! This was an amazing read/listen that I highly recommend. It's best to start with the first one in the series...they're all phenomenal so it's well worth the time and credit to listen to each one.
