  • Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration

    • UNABRIDGED (11 hrs and 7 mins)
    • By Penney Peirce
    • Narrated By Laural Merlington
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

Because science has long taught us to rely on what we can see and touch, we often don't notice that our spirit, thoughts, emotions, and body are all made of energy - that everything is vibrating. As we move out of the age of technology and into the age of intuition, we need the tools to understand what it means to be a vibrational being and how our natural frequency affects us. In Frequency, Penney Peirce shows you how to feel your personal vibration and work intentionally with energy to transform your life.

Ron says: "Just tell your story"
If you could sum up Frequency in three words, what would they be?

    Perfect for Today!

What did you like best about this story?

I have been studying 'parapsychology' for over 40 years and Frequency is the course to take since it weeds out all the nonsense often associated with development of psychic ability.

What does Laural Merlington bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Laural's voice and affinity for the subject really enhance the motivational aspect of the book.

    Any additional comments?

Frequency has to make a difference to anyone who listens to (or reads) it. It gives so many alternatives to the old tired problem solving tools that are usually just lip service anyway. Understanding something about frequencies encourages you to translate the frequencies to define the situation and choose solutions. Totally therapeutic!

  • Hidden Wisdom: A Guide to Western Inner Traditions

    • UNABRIDGED (11 hrs and 56 mins)
    • By Richard Smoley, Jay Kinney
    • Narrated By Ethan Sawyer

The co-editors of Gnosis magazine explore the many esoteric traditions that Western culture has to offer. While terms from Eastern spiritual practices such as Zen, mantra, and karma have become part of our daily lexicon, the traditions of Western spirituality have been largely unexplored by people searching for non-mainstream routes to spiritual experience. But for those who identify with Western culture, Western religious traditions have their own wisdom teachings that are more suitable to their needs and expectations.

Barbara says: "Had to give it 5 Stars"
"Had to give it 5 Stars"
Would you listen to Hidden Wisdom again? Why?

I had to listen to it again right after I got to the end ... it is such an easy listen while being so profound ...

  • Language of Emotions: What Your Feelings Are Trying to Tell You

    • ORIGINAL (7 hrs and 20 mins)
    • By Karla McLaren
    • Narrated By Karla McLaren

Most of us relate to our emotions by either running from the difficult ones or clinging ot the pleasant ones. But accoring to empathic counselor and researcher Karla McLaren, all of our emotions are important messagers sent to us to bring clarity, keep us in integrity, and free us from suffering.

Christine says: "Worth more than a few therapy sessions!"
    "Outstanding - Refreshingly Useful"
What did you love best about Language of Emotions?

Finally a useful resource for decoding emotions! No references to 'unconditional love' (which is so often misused to perpetuate victimization and can defeat any potential for advancement). Really tangible, practical information about recognizing what emotional responses represent and how to effectively work with them. Karla McLaren is motivationally comforting and deeply respectful of the human spirit.
