Momma drama takes over the Duncan clan, as there is still uncertainty about who has fathered the Duncan sisters' new babies. Meanwhile, Orlando Duncan, the family's new CEO and a man with his own baby momma problems, has just developed a new product that may make the millionaire Duncans into billionaires. Orlando only has one obstacle in front of him, and it's not law enforcement or one of his family's many rivals. It's his mother, because she's making the family take sides. Can a civil war within the Duncan family be averted before it tears them apart?

What made the experience of listening to The Family Business 2 the most enjoyable?

The ruthlessness of a family, who could at times seem out of control, but control was what it was all about... Also the different narrators were on point with every emotion throughout the story, pulling you in so deep you'll think you were standing right there...

What did you like best about this story?

The introduction of Sasha, she was a beast... The only one who could rival Paris, and if you're familiar with the Family Business, you KNOW, Paris don't play...

    Which scene was your favorite?

Dinner time... Nothing like a home cooked meal with family... (old and new)

    Any additional comments?

The Family Business Series is a must have...

What did you love best about Written in Red?

I liked how the author took her time with character development. As the story progressed you really got to know each character and it was funny how the different situations effected each one sooo differently, and how they interacted with each other because of it...

Who was your favorite character and why?

Tess, the mystery surrounding her is played perfectly. she's different, she's unafraid, she's confrontational, she's well, you'll see...

What does Alexandra Harris bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

    Perfect voice for this story...

This story doesn't seem as long as it is...

What made the experience of listening to The Setup the most enjoyable?

The narration and concept was nice, I was getting wrapped in, then... nothing....

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would have completed it... I mean the story was developing but was suddenly over. And, all that was left were questions. I understand that this is a short story but I've heard jokes that have better character development and an ending better than this...

What made the experience of listening to Departure the most enjoyable?

Not knowing where we would end up. The story takes a turn and the characters have to make hard choices. Ultimately having to decide if they were going to go with or against their instincts.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Harper, she was weak, strong, scared, and brave all at the same time. Never allowing any emotion from keeping her from taking that next step...

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Tomorrow's just a memory...

Good book for a road trip...

What did you like best about Hood Misfits Volume 2? What did you like least?

The narrators did an ok job with the story they had to narrate. But the story, now that's a whole nother thing... This story was just a tale of situations that meet violence that leads to more violence and ends with violence. Then repeat...

    Any additional comments?

The situations in this book are unrealistic... But, if you have a taste for violence, get this book it's a must have...

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I can't recommend this book, but I would recommend the series. This book falls short of all the rest mostly because the narrators didn't seem to capture the characters. The voices just didn't seem to fit... The correct emotions weren't there and it killed it for me...

    Any additional comments?

This story just lacked the action that was present in the other books. The story itself wasn't bad but, considering the first 2 book, this was an after school special... NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE SERIES...

If you could sum up Firefight in three words, what would they be?

    Humor Over Action...

    Any additional comments?

This book was a little disappointing. It seems like the author was going for laughs over action. After Steelheart, I expected this to be a non-stop, no holds barred, hit below the belt type thriller. But what we get is an undeveloped comedy and love story sprinkled with a little deception and slight of hand. I expected more...

What disappointed you about Moon Called?

Hmmm... There was very little action, very little comedy, very little suspense, and very little creativity. The story lacked everything that would make a story interesting. I mean the only suspense was created by me as I hoped each new chapter would be different from the last. Maybe I was just spoiled, after listening to the Grave Series, by Jeaniene Frost. A series that made this book seem like an after school special. This was just badddddd.... The only reason I didn't return the book was so that it would remind me of who not to get in the future...

What was most disappointing about Patricia Briggs’s story?

    uninspired...

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

The narration was the best part of the story...

What character would you cut from Moon Called?

    Patricia Briggs...

What did you love best about The Girl with All the Gifts?

How every character was true to their own single mindedness, but managing to work together to escape death from every angle. This story was a lot more than just another walking dead story.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The sergeant... He was the calm and the storm, calling on which ever best suited the situation... He did what soldiers do...

    Any additional comments?

This was a good story, but, I didn't really like the ending...

What made the experience of listening to Hood Misfits Volume 1 the most enjoyable?

Frankly... Looking for the plot... The story seems like a nice collection of thoughts and events in the life of a Pimp... The story kept my attention but never seemed to go anywhere, and at the end, more of the same... BUT, with that said, I will listen to volume 2 when available, as an effort to validate the time spent listening to volume 1.

What did you like best about this story?

Wondering who was going to break first, Ray-Ray or Orlando...

Who was the most memorable character of Hood Misfits Volume 1 and why?

Gina... She was a scared, innocent, loving, and cunning soldier that everyone overlooked and under estimated.

    Any additional comments?

Overall the characters in the story were interesting and everyone will find a character or two to pull for...

Where does The Rosie Project rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It ranks around the middle not terrible and not great. I did find it kinda funny, but it resembles the big bang theory to closely... Basically, not original...

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Rosie Project?

Sex without the proper tool, is a no no...

What three words best describe Dan O'Grady’s performance?

    Grows on you...

If you could rename The Rosie Project, what would you call it?

    Nutty but Necessary

    Any additional comments?

This book was not what I'm used to, but I found it interesting and will keep it in my library. I guess this is kinda like, My Project...
