A reminder that thrilling customers is not about glitz and glitter but being real with them.
It did give me a new prespective on what a business could be.
Anybody who has an idea but is stuck on how to move it from concept to business.
I will suggest to my friends and family that this is a must read. If we apply the principles contained in this book it should be life changing.
