Shannon Bodine is a talented graphic artist whose life revolves around her job at a prestigious New York advertising agency. Her world is turned upside down when she learns the identity of her real father: Thomas Concannon. Respecting her late mother's wish, Shannon travels, however reluctantly, to County Clare. There, her loneliness and shame melt away in the embrace of the family she never knew existed.

The Born in-Trilogy is one of my favorites thus I also wanted it on my portable device in order to listen to it when I am on my way to work and back. But I was somehow disappointed by the reader. I think he makes Murphy Muldoon sound somewhat dimwitted which I think is a great pitty.
Furthermore I made the mistake of listening to "Fool" by Christopher Moore before where an excellent reader was hired which made the difference even more obvious.

Pocket has been Lear's cherished fool for years. So naturally Pocket is at his brainless, elderly liege's side when Lear demands that his kids swear to him their undying love and devotion. Of course Goneril and Regan are only too happy to brownnose Dad. But Cordelia believes that her father's request is kind of...well...stupid, and her blunt honesty ends up costing her her rightful share of the kingdom and earns her a banishment to boot.

"Spendid book and a very good reader"
    Overall

The book is hilarious. Typical Moore-like dialogues which are the more funny in the Shakespearian surroundings.
I think the reader is really good - he has a very skilled way of adapting his voice to the charactes in an entertaining way. It is a pleasure to distinguish the characters from each others by recognising the readers change of talking. Great.
