    Although i enjoyed the book and its many lessons , I could not wonder what ever happened to humility . I now understand that Lee created the mould for the superstar CEO , I am not sure this is a healthy thing in current economic environment .

    Nothing new in this book. Time tested principles that work, what makes it great to listen is the author has some real good funny one liners . He is a bit of a comic and he makes it very enteraining to listen to

    If you assume that the business world is bigger than the USA then this book has limited value. Nothing new but assumes that customers like fake compliments, insincere gestures and high fiving at breakfast meetings. The voices are good and must admit I chuckled many times at the one dimensional approach to solving people problems. If I did these stunts on my clients I will be called Mr Sleaze not Mr Shmooze. God Bless America
