Buster - he's an odd, lovable character.
I haven't read the print version, but the author's narration of the audio version I believe must have added a lot to the text. It doesn't sound so much as if he's reading, but telling a story.

I never listen to a book in one sitting, but I listened to this one every chance I got.
High on the nonfiction list.
The way the stock exchange and coffee houses were interconnected.
A fascinating look at various points in history, as defined by the beverages of the time. I'd heard many of the stories behind beer, wine and distilled spirits before, but the coffee, tea and cola stories were mostly new to me, and therefore more interesting.
