The world of man was brought to its knees with the zombie apocalypse. A hundred and fifty years have passed since man clawed and climbed his way back from the brink of extinction. Civilization has rebooted, man has begun to rebuild, creating new communities and society. It is on this fragile new shaky ground that a threat worse than the scourge of the dead has sprung... Once again, one man finds himself once thrust into the forefront of a war he wants nothing to do with and seemingly cannot win.

What did you love best about Lycan Fallout?

I really enjoyed the story and how Mark Tufo so cleverly intertwined this series with his ZF series. The best part you don't have to read the ZF series to enjoy Lycan Fallout although I think you would enjoy it even more if you did. Another home run for Mr. Tufo!!!!! Loved Loved Loved this book and as always love Sean runnette as the narrator he nailed it again....

Who was your favorite character and why?

Anyone who has read all of Marks books will say of course hands down Michael Talbot which is very true... I will give a good solid second place to Azile in this series. I really enjoyed her character and got to know her in this book. Much more to her then those who have read the ZF series would expect....

What does Sean Runnette bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He is an audio genius with Mark Tufo' s books. He narrates them perfectly. He hits the humor and the fear exactly head on. Not to mention the sarcasm of the characters. Thank you Sean for doing these books justice. I can't imagine Mike Talbot without you.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Oh yes!!!! But its a spoiler so I cant say. I will say that I found myself crying like a little kid that just dropped their ice cream cone.... Lol. And when I stopped and thought the sadness had passed, I was affected again by the words of Mark and the voice of Sean... Well done both of you.

    Any additional comments?

I suggest that if you have not read the Zombie Fallout series and you enjoyed this book, do so. Mark Tufo writes with such real humor and sarcasm that you can't help but fall in love with his characters that Sean Runnettes voice brings to life. Together they make these audio books unforgettable and leave you craving more. Well done. Ten stars.....

Steve Hobart is just a regular guy, his world is tipped on its side as the dead began to walk. He slowly gathers a group of other survivors and, together, they brave the horrors of a Dead world. Every choice seems to yield as many consequences as it does rewards. He struggles with decisions made as well as opportunities lost as he finds himself in the unlikely role of leader. With a group that includes an Army doctor, a five-year-old Hispanic girl, a convicted murderer, and a teen girl who seems far better equipped to deal with the situation....

Where does DEAD rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is a great book. I love the dead series but at times it was hard to keep up with all the characters. The author has done this series justice by creating a book for each groups story!! Love it. Its not hard to follow and I find myself caring for the characters more then in the original dead series.

What did you like best about this story?

This is a continuous story about one of the groups from the series. It didnt flip flop back and forth between 4 or 5 groups og characters..

Have you listened to any of Andrew McFerrin’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    Yes hes great.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved the whole book. I found it very relatable if I was to see myself in a zombie apocalypse that is. Lol

    Any additional comments?

Great job.... I cant wait to read the next installment. I really enjoy the dead series this way. :)

Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains and dissected by three rivers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is an idyllic city. It's quiet, the traffic is nonexistent, and floating down the Allegheny River on a boat is peaceful and serene. It's perfect...as long as you can ignore the mindless monstrosities roaming the streets, vampires ruling the night, and the insane, power-hungry human survivors. Mankind has devolved, mutating into mindless horrors. Only weeks ago, they built skyscrapers and traveled to space.

Would you listen to Consumed again? Why?

Yes!!! I enjoy listening to a good story more then once, to get anything I might have missed the 1st time.

What did you like best about this story?

I really enjoyed these characters. The relationship between casd and lance is great.

What does Wayne June bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He does a really good job keeping the pace and changing the tones to match the story.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

It took the world dying and filling up with vampires for me to live, that and a girl named Cass she saved my ass and everyday has been an adventure since.

I really enjoy this series. It is well written and keeps you engaged. Keep it up!!!!

I have to say at the end of the book I found myself really admiring the growth of Lances character. So for me it would be Lance but Lance from the end of book 1.

The only thing I would tell people is its a bit hard to follow as the author jumps from one group of survivors to another. However I have seen that the author has taken his 1st 3 books and seperated the group stories into 3 separate books. So you can follow 1 group throughout an entire book. This is sooo awesome as its such a great series and hes just made it easier for the readers to follow and really care about the characters... great job great series.

What did you love best about FREE: Deadlocked 1?

It really introduced the series well. It made me want to get the 2nd one right away. (Which I did). I was left with so many questions and book 2 did not disappoint with answers. This is really a great series I can not say that enough, and I listen to alot of zombie apocalyptic fiction and when I find a really good book I have to share it.

What other book might you compare FREE: Deadlocked 1 to and why?

This series because of the way the author makes u care about the characters reminds me of mark tufos zombie fallout series. Trust me 2 totally unrelated zombie tales but both authors made me care for all the characters they created.

Which character – as performed by Brian Sutherland – was your favorite?

He did a great job with all of them.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

yup but im not giving it away. :)

    Any additional comments?

This is really just an intro to this series, book 2 picks up right where this left off and it gets really good. Non stop action and lots of twists and turns. Good job A.R. Wise. Im a very picky listener and you have me hook line and sinker. Gteat read.

Would you consider the audio edition of A Zombie Tale (Part 4) to be better than the print version?

I have not read the book only listened, but I can tell you its an amazing story. It is well written and is tied into other Tufo stories brilliantly. Personally I just love the audios more.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Riley of course. She is what every four legged furbaby stands for. Loyalty, unconditional love, protection, guidance and strength. She is truly the symbolism of a true best friend not just a dog.

What about Sean Runnette’s performance did you like?

Love love love Runnette.. A Tufo story + Sean Runnette = A work of art... I cant imagine a Tufo story narrated by anyone else. He makes this book complete and narrates the story perfectly.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes!! This is the last book in this series. These books are only a few hours long but I craved more. Even if it was 10 hours I know I would not stop listening until it was done. Lol

    Any additional comments?

At first I was pretty reluctant to start this series. I mean a zombie tale told through the eyes of 2 dogs a cat a baby and a teen age girl...... But once again Mark Tufo's imagination and Passion for zkmbies as well as dogs & maybe for the cat too wiped away any doubts. He created not just a story but a work of art. The depth of his characters for this series blows me away. I mean he had to create personalities for 2 dogs and a cat and make them believable. He did that and more. As a true animal lover I found myself saying yup my cat would sooo say that, or man I bet thats really what my dog is thinking. Amazing job, Amazing series & an Amazing endjng.

Where does Plague of the Dead rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It was a great story. The first book is a little hard to get through with all the military talk and it seems to drag. But if you get through the first half it's gets really good. This is probably my 2nd favorite series. It's full of z action and you come to like the characters and can't wait to hear what's going to happen next.

What other book might you compare Plague of the Dead to and why?

It's your typical z fiction with a lot of military and medical knowledge intertwined. Like I said it's a little stiff in the beginning but it gets much better (or I got used to it) throughout.

What aspect of Oliver Wyman’s performance would you have changed?

I felt at times he sounded a little robotic especially when narrating the emails.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No. It did make me anticipate the next book.

    Any additional comments?

If your an avid z fiction listener then it's a must read or listen.. I love love love z fiction and a good series is hard to find.. This knew is worth the credit and there's 4 or 5 books in this series so it will keep you listen to good material for awhile..
