Keller Williams' The Millionaire Real Estate Investor is your handbook to the tried and true financial wealth-building vehicle that rewards patience and perseverance and is available to all: real estate.

You'll learn about the myths about money and investing that hold people back and how to develop the mindset of a millionaire investor; how to develop sound criteria for identifying great real-estate investment opportunities; and more.

    Any additional comments?

Gary Keller probably earned more money writing books than in real estate.

Cherry picks facts from studies where he has clearly not read the whole study.

All arguments in the book are flawed with either the "what you see is all there is" and the "correlation must equal causation" fallacy.

The death of Judd Foxman's father marks the first time that the entire Foxman family - including Judd's mother, brothers, and sister - have been together in years. Conspicuously absent: Judd's wife, Jen, whose 14-month affair with Judd's radio-shock-jock boss has recently become painfully public. Judd joins the rest of the Foxmans as they reluctantly submit to their patriarch's dying request: to spend the seven days following the funeral together.

Where does This Is Where I Leave You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's kind of the cliche story of crazy siblings reuniting over the death of a parent and chaos ensues.

How do other countries create "smarter" kids? In a handful of nations, virtually all children are learning to make complex arguments and solve problems they've never seen before. They are learning to think, in other words, and to thrive in the modern economy. What is it like to be a child in the world's new education superpowers? In a global quest to find answers for our own children, author and Time magazine journalist Amanda Ripley follows three Americans embedded in these countries for one year.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It's fun in that anecdotal sense, but not a book I would use to backup some argument about education at a cocktail party (unless you know, I was already into my 3rd drink).

What did you like best about this story?

The part where it pointed out that Americans put way more emphasis on team sports in high school than other countries. Disclosure: I sucked at team sports in high school.

If you could give The Smartest Kids in the World a new subtitle, what would it be?

    I heart Finland!

Whether it’s a pop culture failure or a political one, Worst Ideas Ever uncovers the ridiculous stories behind mistakes so huge, you’ll have to constantly remind yourself that they actually happened.

Stuart says: "Incorrect facts, idiotic conclusions, bad humor"
"Oh come on, some of those ideas were not that bad."

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

It's amusing like Honey Boo Boo is amusing. Kind of cruel book taking cheap shots an entrepreneurs who took chances.
