This was one of the most thought provoking novels I have read in a while.
I consider myself a conservationist and believe that most people that label themselves as evironmentalists are a bit on the radical side. I am a strong believer in being a good steward of the resources that God has given us. Now that you know where I am coming from I want you to know that I loved the book and it gave me a lot to think about. If you are an environmentalist you should read the book. If you are a conservationist you should read the book. If you care a lick about taking care of our world you should read the book!
This book is not Al Gore end of the world preaching. It is not alarmist nor radical. But it is VERY thought provoking.
I wanted a book on Joan of Arc. I thought it might be cool to learn a bit more about her. Much of the book evaluates movies and pictures of joan of Arc instead of the actual person. The comparisons with Christ could be interesting but ended up being offensive.
Save your time and Money!!!
I knew that the book was about a gay teenage hero and his struggles. I bought the book thinking that it would be interesting. I stopped listening when The POV was of a teenager viewing PORN. I do not want my money or my mind going to this crap. I am adamently anti-Porn and anything that promotes it will not get any of my money or time.
Time Travel opens up a lot of questions and has been a main stay of science fiction. This book explores time choices and consequences. The story is fun but the questions of time makes it more interesting a deeper than other time travel books.
I enjoyed the story but it was the time travel questions and thoughts that made the book worthwhile.
This book feels like both a reboot and a sequel. It was enjoyable and opens an entirely new chapter in the Star Force Universe. I look forward to many more to come.
The fate of dragons would have been improved if the whole series felt more cohesive in the world building.
As part of a series this book seems to have no beginning or end. very unsatifying
THe narrator read the Title of the Book Wrong!!!!! He called it feast instead of fate.
I would have made the whole dragon scene seem more "realistic". When readers suspend belief for a fantasy book the reader does not suspend common sense.
The story was gripping andf the world realistic for a fantasy. The character seemed reasonable, in that they act with emotion.
I want the next book NOW!!!!. This is how I can tell that it is entertaining. My desire for more is unsated.
Action, fun action
It never slowed down.
The little robot marvin is funny insightful and a great addition to the story.
I highly recomend that this whole series be listened to. It is escapist, action packed fun. It could make a great movie series.
