Thanks to an elderly spinster sleuth and her ingenious cat, Christopher Holmes has enjoyed a celebrated career as a bestselling mystery writer. Until now. Sales are down and his new editor is allergic to geriatric gumshoes. On the advice of his agent, he reinvents his fortyish, frumpy, recently dumped self into the sleek, sexy image of a literary lion, and heads for a Northern California writers conference to try and resurrect his career.

If you could sum up Somebody Killed His Editor in three words, what would they be?

    Damn Good Book

What was one of the most memorable moments of Somebody Killed His Editor?

The beginning scene where Christopher is trying to make it across a bridge in the rain. This scene had me cracking up!

Have you listened to any of Kevin R. Free’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No. This was my first audiobook experience. Kevin R. Free did an amazing job! He really got into the characters and brought the story to life. I'm looking forward to his portrayal of Christopher and J.X. in the next book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely! I love Josh Lanyon and have read a lot of his books in one sitting.

    Any additional comments?

Listen to this book! You won't be disappointed! This is a great murder mystery and another one of Josh Lanyon's finest.

An erotic gay romance, a suspenseful thriller.... A series of murders in New York City has stymied the police and FBI alike, and they suspect the culprit is a single killer sending an indecipherable message. But when the two federal agents assigned to the investigation are taken out, the FBI takes a more personal interest in the case. Special Agent Ty Grady is pulled out of undercover work. He's cocky, abrasive, and indisputably the best at what he does.
