I don't understand why this one was worth two credits. The book was good, but definitely not as good as "Triptych". It was not filled with as many twists as "Triptych", nor did it have the same character interdependency. After reading "Triptych", "Faithless" was a bit of a disappointment.
I used to be a fan, and read quite a few of her books, but, her characters have become dry and the story line boring. Ethnic biases have moved from Marino to other parts of the book.
Everything was slow, especially the interaction between the characters. This watched pot never boiled.
This one I couldn't finish. I am done with Scarpetta and Cornwell.
This book was great. About family and perseverance. I recommended this book to a co-worker and she told me that "you did't tell me that I would be crying while reading this book."
