Carla is an up and coming country music star when she boards a plane for Denver in the year 2014. After the plane crashes in the year 2064 she learns that nuclear war destroyed technology and unleashed a plague that devastated the female population. Even now, decades after the plague has dwindled to isolated outbreaks, women are precious commodities to be fought for, and Carla finds herself offered as the prize in a Bride Fight.

What would have made Sleeping with the Wolf better?

I think a better narrator would have been a step in the right direction but I find the main characters too lacking in depth for this book to be better without a rewrite

Has Sleeping with the Wolf turned you off from other books in this genre?

No I honestly love cheesy romance and this won't turn me away from it. I will just keep in mind to stay away from those under 10 hours

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Clementine Cage?

I can't think of a good narrator for this novel

What character would you cut from Sleeping with the Wolf?

Carla if I had to choose just one. She was a successful country singer who is 26 years old. She acted like a teenager without any life experience and a cliche romance of well he is good looking but I'm not going to like him until a quarter into the book.

The last thing teenager Kelsey Hayes thought she'd be doing over the summer was meeting Ren, a mysterious white tiger and cursed Indian prince! When she learns she alone can break the Tiger's curse, Kelsey's life is turned upside-down. The unlikely duo journeys halfway around the world to piece together an Indian prophecy, find a way to free the man trapped by a centuries-old spell, and discover the path to their true destiny.

Would you listen to Tiger's Curse again? Why?

Yes this was a great series I would probably listen to this while traveling though, because I'm not a huge fan of re-listening to books

What other book might you compare Tiger's Curse to and why?

I can't say I can really think of a book all that similar to this one

What about Annika Boras and Sanjiv Jahveri ’s performance did you like?

Annika Boras has a great talent for voice acting that at some points you couldn't tell that it was just her who was voicing all the characters. She does such convincing male voices and Indian accents that I am sure she is part of the reason I loved this series so much

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Where would you go to save those you loved

    Any additional comments?

This novel is definitely meant for the young adult reader however it is such a gripping tale that you get sucked in none the less. I had to get over the fact that everyone and their cat, no pun intended, fell in love with Kellsey however she was a realistic enough character that I could overlook it. She reacts when things happen not just accepts them without freaking out.
