In the vein of John le Carré and Graham Greene, this contemporary international thriller follows Milo Weaver as he is drawn into a conspiracy that links riots in the Sudan, an assassin committing suicide, and an old friend who's been accused of selling secrets to the Chinese. Once the CIA and Homeland Security are after him, the only way for him to survive is to return, headfirst, into Tourism.

A new world order is taking shape. Only one man can stop it. Pray that he will succeed. The Prometheus Deception is classic Ludlum - a world of murderous wheels within wheels where nothing and no one are what they appear, and violence and sudden death lurk around every corner. Also available abridged.

    "I Loved This book!"
    Overall

What can i say "I loved this book!" . this was my first introduction to Robert Ludlum and what an intro. this book was fast paced with good characters. I loved the continent hopping. which is a characteristic of most of Ludlum's books. This book really makes time go by. I highly recommend it. ludlum's books though should only be listened to in unabridged format. too much gets lost in the abridged versions.
