Kevin Trudeau blows the lid off a nest of deception and double standards concerning general and individual health in this new book, Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About. Kevin has risked government prosecution to bring you the full story of an intricate conspiracy.

Chrisman J. Harris says: "patient of natural healing"
"lots of name calling, little supporting evidence"
    Overall

If you like repetitive, emotional venting, this is the audio book for you. Trudeau may have a couple leads into FTC and FDA violations of search and seizure and free speech, but leaves the listener to research validity on his/her own. I can sum up most of it here, but most people already know these, even if they choose not to live by them:
    1. All drugs have side effects
    2. The closer to nature the food is, the better it is for you
    3. Food companies add ingredients to prolong shelf life and enhance product taste and appearance
    4. Some processed food ingredients may cause you to gain weight and crave the food more
    5. Not all the ingredients are listed if they are in small enough quantity
    6. Companies are in business to make money, so beware, because they will resort to advertising and other devious measures to entice you to buy their products

Change Your Life in 30 Days takes you on a journey that will help you make extraordinary changes in your life. It will break the myths that keep you locked in fear and unable to be true to yourself.

With sensitivity and humor, insight and advice, Rhonda helps define life goals and outline the steps needed to reach those goals. For anyone who has ever wanted a fresh start or tried to make major life changes and failed, the answer lies within this book.

    Overall

Britten's voice is hard to get used to, some of her examples are hard to relate to, and some of her questions are too intertwined with text, but it's worth it if you're ready for change! Be prepared for a great deal of discomfort if you have been living a life that doesn't reflect your true values. You will not be able to continue going through the motions if you truthfully answer the questions she poses. I had to divide the book into several segments just to allow the people in my life to adjust to the changes that were inevitable after each chapter.
