Would you consider the audio edition of Rise of the Corinari to be better than the print version?

Yes by far and even better then the text to speech version

    Any additional comments?

I read all 9 books in the series and then listen to all 9 books with my son using text to speech. We both love this series... My son saw that this book had a special whispersync price of $2.99 since we already had the kindle version and bought the audible version. He told me that the audible version was a 100 times better than the text to speech version. These books are too short to waste our credits, too expensive to buy so we are hoping to get them during an audible special.

One has conquered a city. The other covets an entire nation. Haern is the King's Watcher, protector against thieves and nobles who would fill the night with blood. Yet hundreds of miles away, an assassin known as the Wraith has begun slaughtering those in power, leaving the symbol of the Watcher in mockery. When Haern travels south to confront this copycat, he finds a city ruled by the corrupt, the greedy and the dangerous. Rioters fill the streets, and the threat of war hangs over everything.

I normally do not write many reviews except for a few 5 stars however when I read the reviews for this book on audible they were all 1-2 star reviews even though the majority of the ratings were 4-5. I liked this book, was glad the trilogy did not end and gave it 4 stars. I have enjoyed this series so far and would recommend it to all my friends who also enjoy listening to sci-fi books.

In that first volume, we were introduced to the remarkable world of Roshar, a world both alien and magical, where gigantic hurricane-like storms scour the surface every few days and life has adapted accordingly. Roshar is shared by humans and the enigmatic, humanoid Parshendi, with whom they are at war.

In Wind Rider’s Oath, Bahzell became a wind rider - the first hradani wind rider in history. And, even if Bahzell is the War God’s champion, because the wind riders are the elite of the elite among the Sothoii, Bahzell’s ascension is as likely to stir resentment as respect. What’s more, Baron Tellian’s daughter, the heir to the realm, seems to be thinking that he is the only man - or hradani - for her. Now, War Maid’s Choice continues the story - and things really get complicated.

Since 1990, when Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time® burst on the world with its first book, The Eye of the World, listeners have been anticipating the final scenes of this extraordinary saga, which has sold over 40 million copies in over 32 languages. When Robert Jordan died in 2007, all feared that these concluding scenes would never be written. But working from notes and partials left by Jordan, established fantasy writer Brandon Sanderson stepped in to complete the masterwork.
