Great book. I listen to my books when I jog, or ride my bike and I couldn't wait to get out each morning. Felt like I was there at the beach.
Had to stop after 5 chapter. Boils down to saying all the famous celebs were meth addicts,
I watch her every morning on her show and didn't know she was such a great writer. Loved hearing the inspiring stories. I was on vacation in Sarasota and could not wait to walk the beach every day for hours while I was listening to her book. Great!!
Actually, still reading it but so good I can't wait to go on my morning walks so I can listen to it. I think its the best of all three so far.
All this book talks about is different types of diets starting back in the dark ages. Kept waiting for pros and cons of different diets but never got any. I listened to the end thinking I was going to learn something but it boiled down to everyone is different. Waste of time
Was not what I was expecting. Told me all the things we know already like eat lots of fruits and vegigies and less meat. No ideas on what to eat. I guess I have to read the next book to figure that out. Dealt more with the mental aspect of why you overeat.
