I do think I will listen to this again, as it's an audio book, there are some parts of this book that could use a 'review'. Might listen to it with my love as well.
That it comes from a matter of fact/scientific viewpoint on how and why our relationships work & don't work.
Not so much 'scenes' in this book as it's nonfiction, the talk about the evolutionary benefits our ancestors gained from 'pair-bonding' (for lack of a better term) was interesting and makes perfect sense.
This book is useful for single people, people in a relationship and I could say that it may be helpful for those that are having a struggle or strain in their current relationship.
A !BIG! Thanks to Amir & Rachel for their awesome book on attachment/relationships!
Maybe, it would depend on if they were already a fan of audio-books. I have enjoyed a couple others by Hitchens that he narrated. But Nicholas Balls reading, to me, seemed a little detached from the subject matter. I understand that the process needs to be completed as quickly as possible but, again I didn't feel as engaged due to the 'peppiness' the book was read with.
