This audible book has everything it needs to be great and it is. Rosalyn Landor is one of my favorite narrators she captures each characters essence. This book is about Evangelines story the shyest of the wallflowers who blossoms while married to London's biggest and most sexiest rakes. Listening to this book never fails to put me in a good mood.

By edict of the king, the mighty Scottish laird Alec Kincaid must take an English bride. His choice was Jamie the feisty youngest daughter of Baron Jamison. Alec ached to touch her, to tame her, to possess her forever. But Jamie vowed never to surrender to this highland barbarian. Though his kisses fired her blood, shadowed secrets from Alec's past threatened Jamie's happiness. She brazenly resisted him - until one rapturous moment quelled their clash of wills.

"Wonderful Book, less than stellar narration."

I love this book but for me this is better read than listened to. The Narration was a bit annoying. I did not find that the narrator had correct accents, nor the proper tone to represent the character emotions. I prefer Simon Prebble Narrations.
