"Whoo hoo! It's CD burnable."
I wrote earlier that I let my subscription to Car Talk lapse because it was not burnable to CD. Well, that has changed. Now, I can burn the shows to a CD so I can listen in the car. Not only that, but the "commercials" during the breaks (you know, those public service announcements and ads for upcoming NPR shows) are removed.
I love the new way Car Talk is done. The newest show is always available on Monday for me to get. I don't have to listen to "commercials". I can burn it to CD. Can life get any better?
Way to go, Audible! Oh, and you too, Tom and Ray.
"A Favorite"
I love books like this one. Lots of interesting anecdotes from a person smarter than me (that part isn't to tough to achieve!). I have hundreds of audio books but I always like to come back to this one every couple of years. My father listened to part of it with me and got hooked, himself. We still talk about the parts of it we enjoyed the most.
