Professor Gabriel Emerson has embarked on a passionate, yet clandestine affair with his former student Julia Mitchell. Sequestered on a romantic holiday in Italy, he tutors her in the sensual delights of the body and the raptures of sex. But when they return, their happiness is threatened by conspiring students, academic politics, and a jealous ex-lover. When Gabriel is confronted by the university administration, will he succumb to Dante’s fate? Or will he fight to keep Julia, his Beatrice, forever?

Katheryne says: "I swoon for the Professor!"

If you could sum up Gabriel's Rapture in three words, what would they be?

    Alluring, romantic and tingling

What other book might you compare Gabriel's Rapture to and why?

One of the reasons I choose this book because the reviews had said it was like Fifty Shades of Grey. Well, it's not. I have been reading romance novels for many, many, MANY years and I can honestly say that I have never read anything like this novel before.

What does John Morgan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Mr Morgan's voice is velvet!!! He gives the ability, at least for me to envision and give life to the characters. Emotion to the words. A sense of reality.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Oh, Boy, did I have an extreme reaction to this book-An astounding YES!!! It made me wistful and regretful that my first romantic encounter did not happen this way. The range of emotion was great, laughing, crying, tingling, and a longing for the ability to travel through time (BIG HEAVY SIGHHH)

    Any additional comments?

I could not put my kindle down!!! I have now added Sylvain Reynard to my favorite authors list!!! I eagerly await the next book!! This book should be required reading for all men for how to romance your way to a woman's heart!!!

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

    Someone trying to fall asleep

What didn’t you like about Max Bellmore’s performance?

He is very mono toned and too many breaks between like every four or five words. Sounds like a bad William Shatner.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Sleepiness

Among the Shadowdwellers, Trace holds power that some are willing to kill for. Without a stranger's aid, one rival would surely have succeeded, but Trace's brush with death is less surprising to him than his reaction to the beautiful, fragile human who heals him. By rights, Trace should hardly even register Ashla's existence within the realm of Shadowscape, but instead he is drawn to everything about her-her innocence, her courage, and her lush, sensual heat.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Probably not. The book was all over the place.

What could Jacquelyn Frank have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The story line was all over. I love her other books, but this one I had to keep going back because I felt like I missed something. But I didn't the story changed without explanation. It just seamed this was hastily written.

What three words best describe Kirsten Potter’s voice?

    Pleasant.

Do you think Ecstasy needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

The ending was left open, but unless I am desperate for a read, I won't read the next one.

Redemption isn't a word Jim Heron knows much about - his specialty is revenge, and to him, sin is all relative. But everything changes when he becomes a fallen angel and is charged with saving the souls of seven people from the seven deadly sins. Vin diPietro long ago sold his soul to his business, and he's good with that - until fate intervenes in the form of a tough-talking Harley-riding, self-professed savior.
