I have been an AMC fan since the show started when I was 15, and have always admired Erica Cain. I couldn't wait to hear about Susan's life, but have been disappointed in the book. It was sad, but held my attention. I would have liked it to keep going and develop the relationship between Lavinia and Will.
I was really sad when this book ended. It was very entertaining and heart wrenching. My parents are in their 80's are facing nursing home life. It touched my heart...
