Loved the narration especially with all of Pocket's colorful language. I'm sure I would've just skipped it while reading.

What did you love best about Bloodsucking Fiends?

As always Christopher Moore delivers a hilarious take on vampire lore, just what I needed to break a reading slump after too much historical fiction.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Of course I loved the vampires best. They can't help but eat/ turn people to dust. Wouldn't that be a great addition to our health care system?

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

We listened to this entire thing on a long weekend car trip. Had to sit in the driveway when we got home!

I would (and have) recommend this book to mystery and nonmystery readers alike.

Loved the local flavor and gorgeous narration.

It didn't make me laugh or cry but made me stay up WAY TOO LATE! Listened to it in almost one evening because I was drawn in so far.
