This is now one of my favorite books. It shows us how to change our bad habits by replacing it with a different or better habit. It shows the process of changing our bad habits by doing it one habit at a time and helps us determine why we have the habits we do and what reward we are getting from the habit. I have already been changing my bad habits by changing one bad habit at a time. This is an excelent book and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to change things in there life for the better.
Lisa Osteen Come has been through alot of things in her life and even though it was tough she made it through with God. I loved listening to this book and wanted it to keep going. She is very enouraging and you will want to keep the faith and make it through your own problems in life knowing that God is always with you.
