The characters were so real and the problems faced by a children in foster care was so accurately depicted, it was spooky. Saul somehow manages to keep all the characters real to life while taking you down a journey to a dream like ending. A must read!
had the unpredictable nature and characters of a Haruki Murakami with the spooky, thriller story line like Stephen King. The narration is very smooth.
Solid story, great performance and builds more into the Vader story. If you enjoy any of the Star Wars you will enjoy this.
I liked the insight into Lord Vader, the movies tended to leave that part out. Over all a good story and performance.
A good background on Lord Sidious, Darth Plageues could have been delved into more.
This book does give a good history to the rise of Starwars book 1
An interesting post apocalyptic view, and take on social issues along with a good story.
Just a really great listen and great story. Really nice to see Kenobi's story continued definitely one of the better Star Wars characters
Hope to hear more form this narrator, his voice was smooth and easy to listen to. Mr. King wrote a very solid story that brought the characters to life and gave them great depth.
Very entertaining, a little Twilight Zone, a good story and it makes you think.
Worth a credit.
If you like John Saul at all, you will enjoy this!
entertaining characters, witty dialogue and traumatic scenes were not as drawn out as much as usual.
I listened to confessions of a sociopath and it recommended this book, so I followed the bread crumbs here and I was not disappointed, much better then the movie,
I am beginning to think empathy should be measured. Scott Brick does an awesome job as always
