"Vengenance In Death"
J. Robb casts a believable plot in this classic murder mystery that holds your attention throughout.
"A bit of fun"
but not worth the listen if you are looking for serious humour or comment.
"Khaled Hosseini"
A thousand splendid suns gives insight into female oppression but is so slow it becomes background noise.
"Area 7"
Matthew Reilly has a similarity to each of his books so far but for escapism is does the job with absolutely non stop action.
"Paul Tourday"
The Irresistible Inheritance of Wilberforce kept me interested throughout. The reverse sequence plot was somewhat disconcerting as you knew the end and could only listened for the way the end was reached.
"Exit music"
Ian Rankin weaves a good plot that keeps you entertained throughout. A good listen.
"Fahrenheit 451"
Ray Bradbury I guess did his best but I could only find one star for this book I couldn't even finish.
"The Road"
I find it difficult to rate this book by Cormac McCarthy as throughout I was waiting for the development that never happened. Having said that however it was for some inexplicable reason compelling.
"The Shadow of the Wind"
Carlos Zafon presents a top mystery that is annoyingly difficult to stop listening for meals work & sleep.
"Shadow Command"
Dale Brown at his best. This book was right up my alley with action, suspense and drama all the way. I excellent listen.
