Where does Rage Against the Dying rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book falls into a genre I do not normally read. Yet it was suspenseful, thoughtful inner voice part, added to a crime story.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Main character Brigid Quinn is the story. Her vulnerabilities, strong determination, and quirky aloofness adds much to the story.

What about Judy Kaye’s performance did you like?

Great voice and inflection.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The end had a lovely reunion of the two main characters giving a real flavor of human character.

I read all of Hern's previous work and they were strong stories with poetic beauty. This book is awful, no story line, and a poor female reader. If I had not purchased the book before it was reviewed I would not have bought it. Be warned this is not good.
