This book really fleshes out everything about what led up to the event, the actual event and the aftermath. So much of what the media portrayed is wrong or just very limited. It was a fascinating listen because it was so well researched and presented. Great narration.

I should say first I am not a tennis player, or really even an avid tennis watcher. But I did follow Andre Agassi's career through the years so I was interested in this book. I found him to come across as so needy it was painful to listen to, and when he could have delved deeper into events or feelings, he skimmed them. The narrator bothered me quite a bit. Switching to a slightly higher pitch when a female was talking got very annoying. The story and the narration were just very flat. I don't feel I have much more insight into him, his motivations, his choices, etc., as it stayed at a very superficial level.
