This is a horribly boring book. There is absolutely no character development. The text includes very unorganized story lines. Although I usually like Todd McLaren's narratives, his vocal range made this book even more dull. This is the first time I have ever wanted to attempt to return a book from Audible. If you like reconstructive histories please read any of Eric Flint’s books, they are well written, the characters are very entertaining, and the history is made interesting and although it is a bit twisted, there is enough of reality to actually educate the reader.
Downloaded it by accident, don't waste your money. I don't know what Kevin J. Anderson was thinking, but this is a terrible book, even aimed at teens it is a terrible book.
