"Fast food..."
Might be most appealing to women, I would dare say. Too much analysis on the subject of unhappy relationships and marriages.
"Enjoyable but lengthy"
When trying to remember how the various incidents and events of the story were connected, I realized that the book could have been half its length and still surreal and atmospherical. However, it remains an excellent and unique book, definitely recommended, unless you get bored or impatient too quickly.
"Russian masterpiece"
An excellent study of human nature, at the time of no CSI techniques and punishment in Siberia.
"Woody Allen's movies are (usually) better..."
Even though there are excellent paragraphs, overall it was hard to follow and enjoy. Not my type of audiobooks, as it seems.
"Educational historical fiction"
So far ago, so up to date
Animal Farm by George Orwell, because it talks about the human nature and the longing for power
Claudius himself
The final unexpected triumph of Claudius, the permanent outsider
A peculiar but constructive reading
"Typical Booker Prize Winner"
Subtle British "Humor"
Concise and precise language, excellent use and choice of words
Rhythm and Pace
The narrator - protagonist
Worth it overall
