THIS GRABBED MY ATTENTION AT THE BEGINNING AND DIDN'T LET GO UNTIL IT WAS OVER.
The story was good and interesting but the narrator was not. I was not able to concentrate on the story due to his performance.
It was interesting and I put up with the narrator to get to the end.
Narrator could have been different. Or, instructed to perform differently.
Stephanie seems to be getting in a "rut" and not evolving very well. Lula is great as usual.
The subject matter of this book is powerful. I found it hard to listen to and hard to quit listening. Edward Hermann did a wonderful job.
I enjoyed the different narrators; each character seems more alive and the story took on a lot more meaning.
