"Boring, didin't end listening to it...."
The characters are just to lame, not deeply developed. I like the rodeo background, but even that didn't make the listen to this all book , quitted at middle. I can hardly remember it now.... so imagine.
Don't remember anything from the narrator so it must have been average.
"Great listen!! Better then the other of the series"
I've enjoyed the first one on the series, but this one for me was even better, very funny, sizzling interactions.
Loved the inner doubts of the main female character, although at the end it was a bit too much insecurity for my taste. But overall a great listen good story and the narrator did a pretty good job.
Give it a try
"Great Story and Great Narrator!!!"
Well it's always nice to be rewarded when you take a chance on a new book. I could hardly stop listening. You fall in love with the characters, specially the ones in 1860's, it's very funny to listen as the slang and independence of a 2004 woman confronts the 1860's Wild West pony express men..I do find the 2004 Tom and Ana history boring compared to Lucas and Briana in 1860's, lucky enough this last takes up most the book. The Narrator does and wonderful job with just the right voices for the characters, specially for Briana and Lucas, it's a pleasure to listen to their constant teasing and quarreling. Try it I think you will enjoy it. I surely did!!
"can't wait for the next one...."
This is a wonderful book, if you like vampires, werewolf’s, action, genetics, and erotic sex you won’t be disappointed. Definitely my favourite in my last year romance novels. Keri does a wonderful job with the characters, I can’t resist them. The theme is pretty actual discussing cloning and genetics. The sex scenes and extremely sensual and fluid with the story line.
I absolutely can’t wait for the next book, just hope it comes out in audio or else I will buy the book from the shelves.
