"Favorite so far..."
I made the mistake of listening to the ending at bedtime. I realized I was lying in bed with my eyes wide open. So much for getting a good nights rest. I was completely wired because the ending was so exciting.
"Funny, self-deprecating humor with deeper meaning"
So far, I have not liked when authors read their own books, but Craig does a great job. He's such a genuine and funny person. It is nice to see someone who does not take his life (as an American) and success for granted.
"Love this!"
I had a friend say she did not want to read the series because this book was too graphic for her. And it was. I like the second one, The Girl who played with Fire, even better. I just downloaded the 3rd book today, and cannot wait to read it. These have been my favorite so far.
"Excellent and relevant"
Times are changing and I found the content and concepts presented to be extremely relevant for today and the future.
"It was ok."
Just personal preference. I don't like straight narration...
"Didn't finish"
I did not like the reader (Deepak). I found him to be a little flat and often my mind would wonder, and I'd have to rewind.
Facts presented in the beginning of the book are interesting. However, I found that the same content was repeated too often. I'd look at my iPod to see if I accidently hit the "back" button.
This is a self help book and it was difficult to follow some of the quizzes and really benefit from them. Possibly this would be better in print?
I did not finish the book. I felt much of the material could have been covered in less time.
"Good, but a little outdated"
It was good, but a the reader sounded like my grandfather telling me about the old days. Content is good, but not as relevant for today's higher tech world markets.
"One of my top picks so far"
Great story, and reader.
"Good"
It was middle of the road good.
"Good"
A great read. I like dialogs, so occassionally it was a tad bit too descriptive for me. Overall, very good book. I do recommend.
