I absolutly loved listening to this one. I listened to it on my ipod at the gym and a couple of times had to laugh out loud. I was hooked and cheering her on her journey. I would recommend it to anyone women who has struggled with weight or image issues.
I have literally tried everything to control my appetite. I had read about this book in a magazine and while unsure how it would work for me I decided to give it a try. I listened to it everynight while I slept and the results have been amazing. I have lost 15 pounds in th past month and my appetite is under control. I would highly recommend it to others, but would caution that you need to listen to it consistently in order to get the results.
I really loved this story, it was so entertaining. I would recommed it to anyone. Just don't start it before bed, because you will want to finish the whole thing.
